2024/25 Kamloops & District Labour Council Sponsorship of the Kamloops Storm

Along with the IBEW 993, IUOE 115, CUPE 900, and CUPE 3500, the Kamloops & District Labour Council (KDLC) is sponsoring the Kamloops Storm Hockey Team for their 2024/2025 Season.

We’ve been sponsoring an extremely popular Labour Night with the Kamloops Storm for the past few years, which also included the famous Wiener Dog Races.

Starting with this season, we’ve decided, along with several of our affiliate unions, to step up our partnership with the Kamloops Storm to include season long sponsorship which includes the Teddy Bear Toss, Wiener Dog Races, and the logos of the participating unions on the boards.

At any Kamloops Storm game or any game or event on the olympic ice at the McArthur Island Sports Centre, you’ll be able to look to your left and see “Union Corner” with our logos proudly displayed.

Next year we’re hoping to have even more unions jump onboard to make the sponsorship even more successful.
